CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Past View reserves the right to cancel the booked tour due to unsuitable weather conditions. We consider that the tour cannot be enjoyed in the rain and Past View glasses cannot get wet. In this case, the booking will be rescheduled for another day or shift. If the rain is very light, the tour can still take place and we recommend that you come with an umbrella.

If the client wishes to change the date of the tour, it is at the discretion of the company whether or not to do so. The client can only change the date of the reservation for justified reasons of force majeure and it will be the company that will provide the availability. At least 24 hours’ notice must be given. Under no circumstances will the amount be refunded.
